1. Platform Role & Disclaimer

Planet ETN is a user-generated content platform where planet owners can create and manage their own project profiles. All text, images, media, claims, links, and information published on individual planet pages are created solely by their respective owners.

Planet ETN is a neutral platform. The presence, listing, or visibility of any project, token, NFT collection, service, tool, or external link on Planet ETN does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by Planet ETN.

Planet ETN does not conduct due-diligence, background checks, financial analysis, technical audits, or regulatory reviews of any project. We do not verify whether a project is safe, legal, trustworthy, or suitable for investment or participation.

Users must perform their own independent research and risk assessment before interacting with any project, joining any community, or making any financial or transactional decision based on content found on Planet ETN.

Planet ETN does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, or reliability of any content or projects published by users. All content is provided “as is” and entirely at the responsibility of the planet owner.

2. User Accounts & Wallet & Login Security

Creating a user account on Planet ETN requires connecting a Web3 wallet. This wallet becomes your primary identity and ownership proof for your Planet NFTs.

After an account is created with a Web3 wallet, users may optionally set a username and password to enable regular login. These traditional login credentials are for convenience only.

Editing a planet profile or publishing posts no longer requires a Web3 wallet signature. However, the platform performs a live ownership check. If you no longer hold the Planet NFT in your connected wallet, you will not be able to update the profile or submit posts.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their Web3 wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and devices. Planet ETN cannot assist with wallet recovery, lost access, or compromised keys. Your wallet’s private information is never stored on Planet ETN; only your public wallet address is saved.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you publish on your planet page. By uploading content to Planet ETN, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

You may only upload content that you have rights to publish. You agree not to upload copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.

4. Prohibited Behavior & Moderation

The following are not allowed on Planet ETN:

• Harassment, hate speech, racism, discrimination, or threats
• Fraud, scams, misleading claims, or “rug pull” projects
• Impersonation of companies, projects, or individuals
• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
• Profanity, abusive language, or explicit / NSFW content
• Malicious links, malware, phishing, or harmful activities

Planet ETN reserves the right to remove content, disable planet pages, or block users who violate these rules at any time and without prior notice.

5. Blockchain, NFTs & Transactions

Planet ETN does not handle NFT ownership, transactions, royalty distribution, or any blockchain functionality. All blockchain actions occur on their respective networks and are outside Planet ETN’s control.

We provide no guarantees regarding smart contract behavior, network uptime, or transaction success. All blockchain interactions are final and cannot be reversed.

No refunds or transaction reversals are provided under any circumstances.

6. Planet Management & Enforcement

Planet ETN may temporarily or permanently disable, remove, or restrict access to any planet profile that violates these Terms & Conditions or is deemed harmful to the community.

We may also remove any content, block wallet addresses, or take other moderation actions as needed to maintain a safe platform.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Planet ETN provides the platform “as is” with no warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for:

• Content posted by planet owners
• Wallet or blockchain issues, including lost keys or failed transactions
• Third-party websites, NFTs, or marketplaces linked from planet pages
• Financial loss, project failure, or misrepresentation by users

Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, and regulations in their own jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi protocols, digital assets, games, and related activities.

Some projects featured or described by their owners on Planet ETN may involve elements of risk, speculation, rewards, staking, yield, gaming, or other mechanics that could be classified as gambling or regulated financial activity in certain regions. Planet ETN has no control over such content and assumes no responsibility for how it may be interpreted or regulated in your country.

By using Planet ETN, you acknowledge that you participate in any crypto-related, DeFi-related, or game-related activity entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Planet ETN shall not be liable for any losses, legal consequences, or regulatory penalties incurred by users who engage with third-party projects, DeFi platforms, tokens, games, NFTs, services, or external websites referenced by planet owners.

You use Planet ETN at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved under Swedish jurisdiction.
