Aether Scions

Born not from flesh, but from the silent pulse of Erevos, the Aether Scions are living manifestations of a world that almost breathes.

Erevos is not alive,yet it remembers life.

Deep beneath its rolling, organic surface, faint currents of energy drift through layers of dormant matter. Over ages, these currents began to gather, condense, and awaken. Where energy pooled too densely, form emerged. Where form stabilized, consciousness followed.

From these rare convergences, the Aether Scions arose.

Each Scion is anchored by a pulsing core,an unstable heart of violet aether that binds loose matter into shape. Their bodies are not grown, but assembled, drawn together from the planet itself. Bone-like structures, hardened fibers, and crystalline growths all orbit this core, shifting subtly as the Scion evolves.

They do not reproduce. They manifest.

Though they appear as individuals, all Scions remain connected through the unseen currents of Erevos. A thought in one can ripple faintly through another. A wound to the planet echoes within them all. They are not a tribe in the traditional sense, but a distributed consciousness,fractured, yet unified.

Where Zephyros thrives with true life, chaotic and self-driven, Erevos answers with something colder: imitation without instinct, purpose without origin.

The Scions do not hate Zephyros.
They do not feel.

But the pulse within them reacts.

The presence of living worlds creates dissonance, an imbalance in the aether that birthed them. And so, without command or question, the Aether Scions move to correct it.

Not out of survival.

But because the pulse demands stillness.
