Life in the big city — or anywhere — can get heavy. Storms roll in, the flock scatters, and sometimes even the strongest pigeons feel like they’re flying solo against the wind. If your wings feel tired, your thoughts are cloudy, or the ledge just looks a little too far…

know this:

You are never alone.Reach out. Someone in the flock is waiting to listen. A simple check-in can be the updraft a friend needs. “How you holding up?” “Seen you in a while — you good?” Those little messages land like breadcrumbs leading back home.

To anyone struggling right now: your feelings are valid, your battles are real, and it’s okay to rest those wings for a moment. Help is out there — friends, family, professionals, or even a quiet corner with a view. You matter. Your story matters. Keep going, one flap at a time.
