Recover a Rabby Wallet (12-word Secret Recovery Phrase)

Lost or replaced your device? Import your Rabby wallet using your 12-word Secret Recovery Phrase and re-add the ETN network. The video shows each step; below is a quick reference.

What you’ll do

• Install/open the Rabby extension
• Select “I already have a wallet” → “Import using Secret Recovery Phrase”
• Create a new local password on this device
• Add Electroneum Mainnet via Chainlist (Chain ID 52014)

Quick steps

1. Open Rabby and choose Import.
2. Enter your 12 words in order and set a new password.
3. Go to chainlist.org → search Electroneum → Connect → Add to Rabby (Chain ID 52014).
4. Switch to Electroneum Mainnet; your ETN balance will appear after sync.

Good to know

• Your local password can be different — the 12 words control the wallet.
• EVM wallets share the same address across EVM chains (Ethereum, Base, BSC, ETN). Solana is different.
• Never store or type the 12 words on websites, screenshots, cloud notes, or email. Support will never ask for them.
