Install Trust Wallet & add Electroneum (ETN)
In this quick guide you’ll install Trust Wallet, connect the Electroneum (ETN) EVM network, and receive ETN. The video above shows the full flow — the notes below are a concise reference.
What you’ll learn
- Install the Trust Wallet extension
- Create a wallet & secure your 12-word Secret Recovery Phrase
- Add Electroneum Mainnet with Chainlist (Chain ID 52014)
- Find your address / QR to receive ETN
Before you start
- Use a trusted browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge)
- Only download from official sources
- Prepare a strong, unique password
Quick steps
- Install Trust Wallet and open the extension.
- Create a new wallet, set a secure password, and write down your 12 words (offline).
- Open chainlist.org → search Electroneum → Connect → Add to Trust Wallet (Chain ID 52014).
- Switch network to Electroneum Mainnet and use your address/QR to receive ETN.
Tip: Your EVM account address is the same across EVM chains (Ethereum, Base, BSC, ETN). Solana uses a different address format.
Why Trust Wallet + ETN?
Trust Wallet is a popular multi-chain wallet. Adding Electroneum’s EVM network gives you fast, low-cost transactions for tokens, NFTs, and dApps — right in the same wallet.
Security essentials
- Store the 12 words offline (paper/metal). Never share them.
- Use unique passwords and consider a hardware wallet for larger balances.
