How to get a profile picture / avatar in the forums?

Across Planet ETN platform (account, comments and forums) we use Gravatar.com as the service. This is a very quick and fast service (developed for Wordpress) to have a profile pic across several sites and tools. Its very quick to setup and all you need is a email.
You can also upload a 128x128px one directly on the forum (important its not larger than 128x128px).
To make your Gravatar image appear here in the forums you need to go to your profile and set your email (your email is not shown anywhere publicly on the forum or elsewhere).
